Fill in the Google Form with the correct information.

The Artist's Statement should be written in English and not exceeding 250 words.

The Artwork Description should be written in English and not exceeding 200 words.

You will also need to submit your artwork as an MP4 file in the same Google Form Name the file of your artwork to be submitted as Participant Full Name Video SubCategory,(eg: Nichole Lee Jia Xin Video Documentary).

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours if your entry has been received.

1. Best Documentary

This award honours individuals and/or teams who are capable of utilising their professional expertise to deliver top-quality factual reports. Participants dedicated to the genre understand themselves as advocates for the subaltern, giving minorities a voice. It delves into the ability to combine information with storytelling, aesthetic activism with entertainment, and providing constructions of the factual with self-reflection.

2. Best Short Film

This award honours individuals and/ or teams who can deliver a complete story with a defined, narrative structure in a short time.

Orientation: Landscape or portrait are both acceptable.

Language: If the video was conducted in any language other than English, English subtitles are required. If the video is in English, English subtitles are not compulsory.
3. Best Short Video (Social Media)

The award honours the individuals and/or teams who can convey their intended message or story, catering to audiences with limited attention spans. Participants can incorporate visuals, audio, text, animations, and music to engage the audience effectively. This award is presented by Aik Cheong Coffee, and the video must showcase Aik Cheong's Café Art Series products.

All submissions for the Best Short Video (Social Media) category will be posted on The Stellar Prize Instagram account and be open for public voting. Votes will be calculated based on the total of likes by the organising committee to determine the winners of this award.
Best Advisor Award for Videography

a recognition of exceptional dedication and mentorship. This award honours advisors or lecturers who have provided outstanding support, guidance, and inspiration to students throughout their creative journey in the competition. Contestants are invited to nominate an advisor who has made a significant impact on their work by providing invaluable assistance.

For each category, only one advisor will be crowned in this award.
